Lauren Semerad, DDS
Dr. Semerad was born and raised in Moorhead, Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree in theology with a minor in biology from Creighton University in 2002. She stayed at Creighton to earn her doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) in 2006. After practicing near Seattle, WA, for 11 years, Dr. Semerad and her family are happy to return to Omaha to be near family again. She finds great joy in improving the lives of her patients and truly loves practicing dentistry. It is an honor and a blessing to care for each patient, and she looks forward to the opportunity to care for you and your family.
Maggie Larsen, DDS
Dr. Maggie Larsen was raised in rural North Platte, Nebraska. She graduated with a bachelors of science in biology and a minor in chemistry from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She earned her doctor of dental surgery degree from Creighton University, graduating magna cum laude, top of her class. Dr. Larsen has been awarded various awards for her dedication and performance in the field of dentistry, including those in the specialties of oral and maxillofacial pathology, pediatric dentistry, and esthetic dentistry. Dr. Larsen has a servant spirit with a love of caring for patients. She and her husband, Ryan, have traveled to the Dominican Republic serving on medical mission teams to underserved populations. Dr. Larsen takes a passionate and holistic approach to caring for each of her patients. In June 2022, Dr. Larsen and her husband welcomed their first son, Maverick, into the world! In October 2024, Dr. Larsen and her husband welcomed their second son, Caden, to the family! In her spare time, Dr. Larsen loves to spend time with her friends and family and hang out outdoors–whether it is going camping or walking around the neighborhood with their dog, Benny! Dr. Larsen is excited to care for you and your families here at Legacy Dental.
Craig Snyder, DDS
Dr. Snyder has years of experience practicing dentistry. He continues to learn the latest techniques and technology to best treat patients. Dr. Snyder enjoys getting to know patients while providing gentle, quality dental care. He aims to make patients feel comfortable. You will often hear laughter coming from the dental chair.
Dr. Snyder was born and raised in Omaha. He lived in Chicago for several years but moved back to be closer to family, always echoing the sentiment, “There is no place like Nebraska.” He enjoys being dragged on long walks by his dog and cherishes the time spent at his cabin on the Platte River.
Sara Carmean, DDS
Dr. Sara Carmean joined the Legacy Dental team in 2026 and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through compassionate, personalized care. She earned her bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of North Dakota before receiving her doctorate of dental surgery degree from Creighton University. Dr. Carmean is committed to continuing education and has completed advanced training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in Botox and TMD treatment. She is also a member of both the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the American Dental Association. One of her favorite parts of dentistry is being able to care for patients throughout every stage of treatment and watching families grow over the years within a family-focused practice.
Originally from Blaine, Minnesota, Dr. Carmean enjoys staying active outside of the office, whether she is at the gym, outdoors, or taking Peloton classes. She also loves reading and has recently started exploring sourdough baking. Dr. Carmean grew up alongside her younger sister in a close-knit family and is proud of the paths her family members have pursued, including her sister’s career as a physician assistant in emergency medicine. At home, she enjoys spending time with her two chocolate labs, Doc and Hardy, whose goofy personalities keep life entertaining. Dr. Carmean appreciates the positive atmosphere at Legacy Dental and values being part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys caring for patients together.

MEGAN
REGIONAL MANAGER
Megan Peacock joined the Legacy Dental team in 2024 and brings years of dental experience, leadership, and patient-focused care to her role as Regional Manager. She earned her dental assistant certificate in 2004 and is currently continuing her education at Columbia Southern University, where she is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in human resource management with an anticipated graduation in 2027. Megan enjoys the unique opportunities the dental profession has provided throughout her career, especially the ability to grow from a clinical role into leadership. Her background as a dental assistant gives her valuable insight into supporting both patients and team members while helping create a positive, efficient experience throughout the practice.
Originally from Iowa and raised in Council Bluffs, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and finding balance between staying active and relaxing at home. She values the supportive culture at Legacy Dental and appreciates being part of a team where leadership genuinely cares about both patients and employees. Megan is especially proud of the strong support system she shares with her husband and their young adult children, as well as the close relationships they have built together over the years. Their home is also full of personality thanks to five cats — Sammie, Smokey, Joey, Lokey, and Stormie — along with three chickens and two birds that keep everyday life fun and entertaining.
Keagan
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Keagan Cummings joined the Legacy Dental team in 2021 and brings a thoughtful, patient-focused approach to her role as Assistant Manager. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and enjoys the balance dentistry offers between technical detail and meaningful human connection. Keagan values taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs while helping create a welcoming and positive experience from start to finish. She especially enjoys building trust with patients and helping those with dental anxiety feel more comfortable and confident during their visits.
Raised in Elkhorn, Keagan enjoys spending her free time staying active, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. She appreciates the supportive team environment at Legacy Dental and values working alongside people who are equally committed to providing exceptional patient care. Keagan is especially grateful for the encouragement and support of her family, whose kindness, strong work ethic, and care for one another continue to inspire her both personally and professionally.
Jenna
FRONT DESK
Jenna Hidalgo joined the Legacy Dental team in 2025 and brings both clinical knowledge and a warm, welcoming personality to the front desk. She attended Midwest Dental Assistant School and has completed continuing education courses in CPR, radiology, and coronal polishing. Jenna enjoys helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door and loves being part of creating positive dental experiences that leave patients smiling with confidence.
Born and raised in Omaha, Jenna values spending time with her close-knit family, which includes her parents, brother, and fiancé. Outside of the office, she enjoys crafting, watching movies and TV shows, and spending time with her three cats alongside her fiancé. Jenna appreciates the supportive team environment at Legacy Dental and enjoys working alongside a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care for every patient.
Jessica
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Jessica DeLancey joined the Legacy Dental team in 2023 and brings a passion for patient education and smile confidence to every appointment. She earned her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Iowa Western Community College and has continued expanding her knowledge through a wide variety of continuing education courses focused on dental hygiene and preventative care. Jessica loves helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and enjoys building long-term relationships while educating patients on how to maintain excellent oral health for years to come.
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her family whenever she can. She is married to her best friend, Ben, and together they have two children, along with an older daughter in college who she is incredibly proud of for becoming such a wonderful role model for her younger siblings. Jessica’s home is also shared with two beloved pets — Rollo, an energetic Irish Setter who loves soccer and fetch, and Oliver the cat, who prefers relaxing around the house and keeping everyone’s favorite spots warm.
Melissa
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Melissa Odom joined the Legacy Dental team in 2025 and is passionate about helping patients improve both their oral health and overall well-being. She graduated from Iowa Western Community College in 2020 with her degree in dental hygiene after previously earning her Dental Assistant education there in 2016. Melissa has continued expanding her knowledge through continuing education in infection control, laser soft-tissue certification, and advanced periodontal therapies. She enjoys educating patients and guiding them toward healthier habits while creating positive dental experiences built on trust and comfort.
Originally born in Cadillac, Michigan, and raised in LeRoy, Michigan, Melissa enjoys spending her free time golfing, bowling, and traveling. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is helping patients feel more relaxed and turning what may begin as a stressful or high-anxiety visit into a comfortable, reassuring experience. Melissa values the positive and supportive team atmosphere at Legacy Dental and appreciates working alongside a team that prioritizes collaboration and exceptional patient care. At home, she enjoys time with her two dogs, Roxy, a Chocolate Lab, and Reba, a Brittany Spaniel.
Kylie
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Kylie Lierman joined the Legacy Dental team in 2024 and is passionate about helping patients feel confident in both their smiles and their oral health. She earned her associate’s degree from Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska, and continues to grow professionally through continuing education in areas such as Invisalign, periodontology, CPR/AED certification, and OSHA training. Kylie enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and serving as a supportive guide as they work toward achieving their long-term oral health goals.
Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, Kylie loves spending time with her family, going on walks, visiting the lake, and scrapbooking outside of the office. She and her husband, Tanner, are proud parents to their son, whose joyful personality and curiosity make every day exciting and rewarding. Their family also includes Oakley, an 11-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who still acts like a puppy and loves going hunting. Kylie appreciates the supportive environment at Legacy Dental and values being part of a team where everyone feels respected, encouraged, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

EXPANDED FUNCTIONS DENTAL ASSISTANT
Erin Muckey has been part of the Legacy Dental team since October 2019 and is passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their dental care. Her educational background includes studies at Creighton University, Southeast Community College, and the University of Minnesota, along with additional advanced training and certifications that allow her to perform expanded clinical procedures as a Licensed EFDA. Erin enjoys continuing to learn and grow alongside the ever-evolving dental field and loves educating patients so they feel empowered to take charge of their oral health. One of her favorite parts of patient care is helping ease dental anxiety and creating positive experiences for those who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist.
Originally born in St. Louis and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Erin spends much of her free time cheering on her son and daughter as they thrive in their sports and activities. She enjoys the supportive and energetic atmosphere at Legacy Dental and appreciates working alongside a team of hardworking professionals who know how to combine excellent patient care with a fun, team-oriented environment. At home, Erin’s family also includes two cats — an orange tabby and a gray tabby — along with an energetic Australian Shepherd who keeps life active and entertaining.

Shannon Tingley joined the Legacy Dental team in 2025 and is passionate about creating positive, comfortable dental experiences for every patient she meets. She graduated from the Southeast Community College Dental Assisting Course in 2018 and continues to expand her skills through advanced education, including the University of Minnesota EFDA Restorative Auxiliary Course in 2025. As a member of the ADAA, Shannon is dedicated to growing within the dental profession while helping patients receive thoughtful, personalized care. She especially enjoys building interpersonal connections and helping patients feel relieved, supported, and confident in their smiles.
Originally from North Carolina, Shannon loves spending her time outside of the office listening to music, singing, and enjoying nature. One of her favorite parts of working at Legacy Dental is being part of a team that truly takes the time to understand each patient and tailor care to their individual needs. Shannon is passionate about easing dental anxiety and helping patients overcome fear by creating positive experiences that change the way they feel about visiting the dentist.
Elizabeth
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Elizabeth Weeks has been working in the dental field since graduating from Kaplan in 2010 with her dental assisting education. She joined the team at Legacy Dental in 2023 and is currently continuing her education while working toward becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). Elizabeth loves building genuine relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease throughout their visits. Her calm, friendly approach and dedication to patient care help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Originally raised in Omaha, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her family outside of the office, especially with her parents, brothers, and nephew. She also enjoys baking sourdough, working out, and making the most of her time with loved ones. Elizabeth appreciates the welcoming environment at Legacy Dental and values being part of a team that focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care every day.

Katie Hendricks joined the Legacy Dental team in 2022 and enjoys helping patients feel more confident and comfortable with their smiles. She loves the hands-on nature of dental assisting and values being part of a close-knit team that works together to create positive experiences for patients every day. Katie especially enjoys helping anxious patients feel at ease, calming nerves, explaining procedures, and building long-term relationships with the people she cares for. Seeing patients leave relieved, smiling, and more confident after treatment is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

She is a proud mom of four children and also enjoys being a grandmother.
